In 2005, after completing my Doctor of Chinese Medicine studies in Vancouver BC, I began the long personal and professional journey that brings me to today. In 2007 I moved from Vancouver to the beautiful Okanagan and haven’t looked back. In the time since, I have both practiced successfully and raised two beautiful children with my husband.
I have learned many lessons and grown immeasurably, both as a person and a practitioner, over the past years. In my evolution as a Practitioner of Chinese Medicine, it had become very clear
to me that I needed to practice my intuitive, energetic medicine in a different capacity, less restricted by systems and more based on true connection.
Though I am no longer a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, I am still using my skills and love of energy medicine, now with a focus in Craniosacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Access Bars and Reiki. You can find me at my home practice in the Magic Estates/Wilden area of North Glenmore. My passion is assisting both men and women in moving beyond anxiety, depression, trauma, dis-ease and discomfort.
When working with Energy Medicine, the opportunities for healing success are limitless. I am a strong believer in the body's innate ability to heal. In using these energetic healing modalities I essentially remind the body of it’s own power to achieve wellness.
